- When I started with Verticom I was sent to New Mexico to start a RAW Land site and stack a 360ft self-supporter in the desert. I had never stacked before and had only changed guy wires. I have since stacked 16 self support towers and around 10 mono poles, and one 150ft mono pine in Dallas, TX. I’ve changed out numerous T Booms and Quick V’s. I’ve worked with numerous cranes and capstans and hours of come-alongs. I’ve built clear wire, cricket and US Cellular. Worked 6 months doing clear wire and night maintenance. Trouble shot hundreds of ATT sites, built dozens of UMTS upgrades, and twice as many LTE sites from 1G to 5G and WLL and microwave. I’m good with Excel and can sweep and set rets test fibers troubleshoot any RF issues. I can build an ATT site from the ground up. Also worked on and built many T-Mobile and Verizon sites. Also have done some small cell for T-Mobile and Sprint, and also built Omni sites for PDV.
