Amazon delivery driver assistant is responsible for delivering packages and other items to customers and businesses in a timely and professional manner.

My responsibilities included:

• Loading, unloading, and organizing inventory from a warehouse into the vehicle, and unloading products as needed throughout the day.
• Assisted the driver with following routes and time scheduled in a variety of weather and traffic conditions safely
• Provided exceptional customer service, including asking for feedback and resolving complaints
• Assisted with completing pre and post trip safety checks, and following DOT regulations and safety standards
