Working on local conservation projects for nature. We worked monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. The job was a scheduled 5 week program. Northwest Youth Corps helped me build team building skills, leadership skills, work ethic, and communication.

• Prevented food spoilage by monitoring dates, rotating stock, and following proper storage procedures.
• Cleaned and sanitized dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads.
• Learned other teammates' work tasks to train as backup.
• Followed proper handling and sanitation procedures to comply with food safety standards and protocols.
