Summary

This is what the resume builder generated as a professional summary for me. "Hard-working Supervisor with exceptional experience leading teams, delivering results and exceeding expectations. Skilled in teaching new concepts and best practice strategies." But, I am so much more than that. I am currently a Route Service Supervisor at Gallagher Uniform where I oversee 5 routes. I am responsible for team building and supervision of those 5 routes, as well as maintaining customer relationships, and securing those accounts through service agreements that account for over 3 million dollars in annual revenue. In my previous position in the non-profit world I managed several programs with 4 direct report managers and a staff of over 40 people. What I am most proud of during my tenure are the two projects I pioneered from start to finish. Through those projects I found that I was capable of organizing and collaborating with various community groups and businesses, and the ability to accomplish them without prior experience and with little to no direction. I have recently acquired my Associates degree in Business Management. I am proud of this because I achieved this while working full time, being a husband, and a father of 6. I am also an artist and have exhibited art in Miami and soon to be New York. I feel like this paints a better picture of who I am. I hope to find a role in which my past experience and thirst for knowledge fill a need and advance the goals of your organization.
