· Handle communications with various areas via telephone, radio systems, and computer

· Track incoming emergency calls and dispatch aid according to need

· Answer the phone and/or watch monitors to identify potential threats and disturbances

· Coordinate security patrols and ensure facility equipment is in working order

· Showcase professionalism, policy adherence, and effective communication

· Establish performance standards during field training

· Impart knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and protocols to trainees

· Ensure correct application of classroom-learned concepts during field operations

· Guarantee the proper and complete execution of shift duties

· Patrolling assigned areas

· Promptly responding to incidents

· Thoroughly inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points to preempt security threats
