- Performed the essential duties of a Student Minister such as weekly bible teaching, implementing discipleship strategies, and shepherding the church's youth to salvation and sanctification
- Created original material for lessons and discussions to be used on Wednesday and Sunday evenings to further disciple the students

- Recruited, trained, and regularly met with volunteer leaders who helped labor to shepherd the church's middle and high school students
