I always dreamed of being a maintenance technician so I was the little kid planting 10mm sockets in the yard working on my tricycle I got into maintenance about 5 years ago working as an apprentice then I worked my way up to being a maintenance technician after 3 years of being a maintenance technician I became a lead technician for ring container I had some hardship hit at the start of year 2024 my wife was diagnosed with cancer so we started her treatment plan with her treatment plan I was missing work a good bit so I ended up pointing out but I’m a young man who holds his head up full steam ahead it’s been a journey and I’ve learned a lot along the way as far as life and maintenance I plan on finding a company I can grow with and someday sit in the chair to be the guy who’s setting pms and reading work orders to help my future techs have the best experience as possible I can offer perfect attendance for my wife is cancer free now I can give 100% work ethic 100% honesty even when I know I am in the wrong I can grantee you I care about oee (over all equipment efficiency) Just as much as production does I am the right candidate for this position I promise I won’t give up on you or let you down I am no quitter I drive to be the best at my job I take pride in that and recognition
