  • Working for Wright Tree Service was very rewarding, every day I went home with a sense of pride knowing that we cleared many Distribution lines from overgrown trees. Working here allowed me to find a purpose from my work and taught me lots of things. These include Different varieties of arbor knots and how to solve problems of complexity. I Learned Bucket trucks and track lifts, also gained lots of hours of experiences with chainsaws and ways of cutting a variety of trees.

  • While working at this company, I gained many skills. I had the opportunity to work with a crew who as a whole completed many Underground Residential Distribution lines, and even got the fortunate opportunity to work with a Hydrovac, With the responsibility of going to different job sites by myself and Daylighting various utilities in order to bore in a new URD line. I also had the chance learn a bore machine; in doing so I gained several hours with the boring equipment. I also gained several hours on a Mini-Excavator.

  • Note: The reason why I only worked four months for this company is because through the union I was in, it was a short call with them, meaning, after the two jobs were over that I applied for, a lay off was to be expected.
    The Job entailed, Building and pouring the concrete foundations for transmission lines, in tight spaces of the city (St. Joesph, MO), and open such as rural (Orrick, MO).
    While only in for four months I gained lots of experience in equipment and Hands on skills. These include and not limited to: Concrete finishing, Heavy machinery I.E. Bulldozer, Telehandler, Skid Steer, Man lifts, Bucket Trucks, Cranes, crane signals, and so much more.
