During the course of my employment as an armed security officer for Cambridge Security, I was assigned to the residential community of Admirals Cove, located at 1 Admirals Cove Blvd, Jupiter, FL 33477. I assisted in helping the community with any problems that arose and ensured safety by monitoring boat traffic and making sure only residents entered the community by boat. I interacted with the community on a daily basis and built a close relationship with residents.

• Handled high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.

• Served warrants efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to legal guidelines and procedures.

• Assessed potentially dangerous situations quickly; employed de-escalation techniques when needed, to obtain compliance and utilize the least amount of force possible.

• Collaborated with other law enforcement agencies for joint operations.

• Conducted thorough investigations that led to the successful prosecution of numerous offenders.

• Improved community safety by conducting routine patrols and responding to emergency calls promptly.

• Reduced criminal activity through diligent surveillance, proactive policing.

• Conducted surveillance operations, gathering intelligence that led to disruption of illegal activities.

• Conducted searches of individuals, vehicles and premises.

• Conducted a thorough investigation into the "Blue Boar Tavern" which led to 5 arrests and the seizure of 106 grams cocaine, 3 grams of methamphetamine, 25 grams of marijuana, 12 grams of molly, and 9 firearms. Along with an arrest warrant and residential search warrant.

• Conducted a thorough narcotics investigation, which was established as the "Kitzelman" case and ultimately adopted by the DEA. Which led to 6 arrests and the seizure of 276.60 grams of cocaine, 18.6 grams of oxycodone, 10 grams of fentanyl, and 4 guns. Resulting in the main target accepting a plea agreement of 20 years in federal prison and the other 5 suspects sentences ranging from 3-7 years in federal prison.

• In June of 2024, I was awarded deputy of the month after a successful prosecution of all suspects in the Kitzelman case.

• In December of 2024, I was awarded the Life Saving award for my quick response to a shooting in West Palm beach. Where I immediately made entry into a residence and provided emergency medical treatment to a gunshot victim who was shot multiple times.

• In December of 2024, I was awarded Deputy of The Year for District 3, for my work in narcotics enforcement, firearms recovery, and successful collaborations with federal agencies. Along with my desire to teach junior deputies and response on calls for service.

• In April of 2025, I Received PBA Deputy of The Month for my quick response to a stabbing in West Palm Beach. Which led to me breaching a bedroom door of a barricaded suspect, after discovering signs of active aggressive deadly behavior. Resulting in the discharging of my firearm, ultimately eliminating the threat to other deputies and members of the household.
