I am very efficient at filing, paperwork, scheduling, and organization. I am a quick learner, I work well with others, and have experience in a business environment. I listen well, and strive to learn, and do my best.
I aided in employment recorded, and IRS paperwork. I filed, and put together information that had been put together on all new employees, and organized documents into new categories and systems. I worked closely with the manager to go through boxes of previous years of paperwork and refile them, as well as aiding in other small tasks such as taking notes, and notifying the manager of issues or missing paperwork.
I filed paperwork, payments made throughout the month, and entered payments, and charges in their correct account. I also examined, and categorized check stubs from each day in order to be prepared and be able to make sure each account is the correct at the beginning of the month. I corresponded with the manager, and person in charge and let them know whenever there was an issue or when something did not look right.
