
IT student at the University of Central Florida with a summer remote internship at GTG Networks and current experience as a server at Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Waterford Lakes. During my internship, I learned core help desk skills by remoting into user desktops, troubleshooting issues over the phone, and supporting an email migration project from Gmail to Outlook using Excel to track users and schedule account transfers. Working while in school in a fast-paced restaurant environment has strengthened my communication, customer service, and time-management skills, helping me stay organized and calm under pressure.
