Communicate with stakeholders: Engage with management, contractors, and clients to relay project progress and address concerns.

• Provide process engineering support in both machining and assembly processes. Validate current manufacturing processes to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and document, communicate, and conduct training on improvements.
• Analyze best practices and develop manufacturing processes to achieve plant objectives through problem-solving
• Manage systems and process controls, documentation of projects and standard work instructions, and area tools and equipment.
• Assist engineering team in processing, quoting, implementing, launching, and maintaining of engineering changes, and collaborate with other areas and provide shop floor support.Recommend fixture and process designs, and assist engineering and quality team in customer corrective actions.
