• Deploy officers in different areas of the school building to create a safe learning environment for students by monitoring hallways for appropriate behavior.
• Write incident reports detailing any potentially dangerous situations encountered while on duty.
• Monitored security cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activity on school property.
• Conduct roll call and debriefings with officers regarding any pertinent information.
• Attend weekly meetings with the administration team.
• Maintain logs documenting all security-related activities performed throughout the day.
• Respond quickly to any medical or criminal emergencies on school grounds until paramedics or police arrive.
• Ensure all Officers under my Supervsion respond to any calls pretaining to Fights, Criminal, and medical in a timely matter.
• Ensure all officers under my supervision fully understand all school safety directives.
• Train all Officers under my supervison De-escalation and conflict resolution techniques.

• Supervise OSS Admin Restorative Officers.

• Oversee OSS Mentors.

• Coordinate logistics.

• Review SSMP school data.

• Serve as a liaison to other offices.

• Ensure OSS Administrative Restorative Officers and Mentors are familiar with SSMP curriculum and resources.

• Responsible for facilitating trainings, 1-on-1s, and site visits.

• • Patrol inside the building and perform perimeter checks to ensure the safety of the staff and students.
  • Perform administrative scans for students and visitors while entering the building.
  • Patrol hallways to provide a safe environment.
  • Build relationships with Philadelphia Police, staff, students and Parent.
  • Completed incident reports when necessary.
  Deescalate any altercation between students and any irate parents trying to enter the building.
