In this role I worked ServiceNow incidents offering technical assistance on software issues. Executed simple Structured Query Language statements, provided Level 1 application support to other lines of businesses, and trained in the image servicing Captiva system. I also trained in GBDT servicing Chase's printing facilities.


Trained in the pods in a shorter amount of time when compared to other specialists, while maintaining on track/strong scorecard statistics. Giving guidance and or walk throughs when ever asked or needed.
