My name is Elirose Ryhan Dancel, and I am reaching out to express my strong interest in completing an externship at your esteemed office. I will be starting my medical studies within the next two to three weeks and am excited to be working towards multiple certifications, including Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, ECG Technician, Telemetry Technician, IV Technician, Pharmacy Technician, and Medical Billing and Coding.

As part of my training, I am required to complete an externship to meet the hands-on clinical requirements of my program. This includes:

- Medical Assistant Certification: 204 hours of observation and training, with each medical assistant skill supervised and signed off on a clinical competency form.

- Phlebotomy Certification: 30 vein punctures, each draw supervised and signed off on a blood draw log and externship form.

- ECG Certification: Either 40 hours of live EKG observation or 10 live EKGs, each supervised and signed off on a clinical competency form.

The school will provide all the necessary forms that your staff would need to complete in order to meet these requirements. I would be incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn under your team and to gain valuable, real-world experience in healthcare through this externship.
