  • Manage and develop the syringe access, outreach, peer training and leadership program, and other related low-threshold programs across multiple street and office-based sites.
  • Supervise the Syringe Exchange and Outreach teams; provide guidance, weekly supervision, and ongoing training and skills development to improve knowledge and service delivery and ensure a positive experience for program participants and staff.

  • Conduct community outreach to foster good community relations, educate about program services and assess need. This includes but is not limited to attending/visiting community meetings, trainings, and encampments.
