  • Cash Handling with not only registers but Direct Deposits
  • Opening to Closing registers and taking deposit slips to the bank
  • Responsible for the entire store and all opening to closing processes
  • Tasks for inventory intake, making sure the right products were on display and that there were enough to keep business in consistency
  • Daily tasks had to be met and completed by a certain time to ensure the store was open efficiently
  • Those daily tasks were routine and were consistent, nothing changed unless something was 'updated.' Keeping that flow gave me good organization skills and good time punctuation
  • Mail handling was best needed whenever the store had new intake or it had to be 'updated.' Putting the correct information out for the customers and keeping the store in the correct era
  • Training was a part of the job, making sure new employees had the correct steps, procedures and information to correctly complete their job
  • Scheduling everyone was one of my top priorities, making sure I had enough employees and that I had them on days that worked best for everyone
  • Keeping communication between the whole store is always best to have everyone on the same page
  • Keeping up with goals not only for my Sales Associates but for the store and my own commission
  • Encouraging all my employees that their goals were reachable, but regardless making sure they stayed motivated throughout
  • Customer care/service was my top priority, making sure all issues were resolved with satisfied results
  • Interpersonal Communication through English and Spanish was needed throughout the day
  • Over the phone and in person, from simple conversations to actual phone bill payments
  • Troubleshooting, making sure devices were connecting and working properly
  • Any minor to major issues were resolved to my best of knowledge
  • Most simple fixes could be done in the store, but more technical issues had to be done over the phone
  • Sometimes the customers had to do personal calls with the Tech
  • Support but I was more than happy to help with information that was needed, steps that had to be taken, etc
  • Housekeeping is just as important as all the other tasks to keep the store efficient
  • Making sure the windows and floors were consistently clean
  • Having devices shiny and ready for display
  • Staying on tasks with small adjustments like these make a huge difference, showing your customers you care for the store and that you care for them.
