I scheduled appointments for residents.

I provided excellent customer service for families residents and the Dr. offices that i had to work with. I handled the billing for Medicaid to make sure the facility was paid. This was through EPACES. I was in charge of scheduling the transportation and collecting money from families. I had to call Medicaid and schedule transports. I am also a CNA here and work with the care of my residents.
