  • Assigns ADP authorizations for permissions at the agency as well as partner with clients to submit timely registrations for jurisdictions that have recently been added. Partner with tax agencies and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and research solutions to resolve Client tax questions and issues. Prepare and distribute correspondence to tax agencies documenting the root cause of the issue and include any supporting documentation to the agency to ensure the issue is resolved. Prepare and file quarterly and annual returns with state and local tax agencies. Prepare and file amended quarterly and annual returns with state and local agencies.   • Empower clients to leverage self-service options effectively and help them to navigate ADP’s ecosystem independently.
