Explaining importance of KPIs as you retrain= making sure you have the right people at the right time.
Full weekly breakdown of measurable KPIs- ADS, UPT, 14K EP %, Rapid EP Aftercare %, etc. Using metrics to teach/train current employees to store standards.
Once per quarter, full store switch to pull focus to current trend/season i.e. Back to school, christmas, etc. Map guideline created, executing full store swap with 5 business days time= while working during operating hours

Price out/encourage customers to purchase more with design discount.

Fully process orders, box up and ship to home office
Scan full product with RFID tool- if not found, finding each item in accordance and enter manually for correct count. If n/a: correcting in damages. Allowance of 2% TTL difference.
Monthly sub department updates with product updates based on newest in store
Scan, sticker, move to back of each pad. Redress mannequins/move newest product to lead fixtures.
Coach on SPH (sales per hour)= monthly sold vs pay- to maintain company standards.
1 on1 monthly meetings to review previous month findings.
Written/verbal warnings given when 2 months of low SPH is tracked- meetings held with ASM.
Teach how to merchandise, maintain areas, process new incoming freight all while overseeing customers in area of the day
