I have worked many years in the Pulp and Paper industry and exceeded the expectations of my employers and customers. I am a team player and not one to turn down a task just because it isn’t in my job description. I have taken many classes in various subjects over the years to assure I am up-to-date in my knowledge. Work History

Customer Service Coordinator

  • Duties included but not limited to: Answer incoming calls, contact potential customers, maintain voicemail messages, assist customers with orders, billing and equipment questions, filing, renewing and maintaining company insurance and employee health/dental/flex-spending accounts, Hotel and car rental arrangements for employees and guests, obtained Brazilian VISAs, Managed ISNetworld and assisted in the implementation of Sales Force (CRM). Front Desk Administrator

  • Handled incoming calls, took messages, and directed callers to appropriate departments.

Customer Order Intake

  • Receive incoming orders from customers by email or fax, check for part number accuracy and in-stock status. Request out of stock parts to be ordered, advise customer of estimated shipping date. Track out of stock items, send order to shipping for completion.

Sales Flyers

  • Using MS Power Point created informational flyers on specific company exclusive services and parts for Field Service and sales to give customers.

Travel Arrangements

  • Arranged hotel and car reservations for out of town visitors and guests. Obtain Brazilian VISA for employees.

Notary Public

  • Serve as an impartial witness, appointed by the state, to verify the identity of document signers and ensure they are willingly entering into an agreement. Primarily verify the signer's identity and confirm their willingness to sign.

Safety Websites Maintenance

  • Maintained (ISNetworld) with company safety policies, training, OSHA data and procedures to ensure our eligibility to work at all customer locations. Distribute information to employees to keep them current on entry requirements of mills.

Health Insurance Administration

  • Review and analyze health insurance quotes from broker to advise management optimal of optimal employee benefit selections. Notified employees about new premiums and services of selected health insurance provider, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Collected and entered employee data into healthcare providers system maintaining accurate records. Implemented changes throughout the year as needed. Maintained excel sheet to track yearly quoted information and employee selections.

Flex-Spending/HSA

  • Managed flex - spending and childcare accounts for employees. Notified employees of information pertinent to their accounts. Notified employees annually of new FSE limits and other important information. Keep management informed of changes for payroll purposes. Maintained spreadsheet for tracking.

Customer Relation

  • Build solid relationship with customers and keep them advised of upgrades and price saving ideas. Contact non-customers to build a relationship and keep them informed of new and better equipment available and possible solutions for any process issues.
