Maintain airway, monitor vital signs, assess pain level, assess surgical site, drains, circulation of extremity and surgical site.

CONCIOUS SEDATION RN for pain procedures.

Administer medications per MD orders. Monitor patient’s airway and breathing, heart rhythm and vital signs.
