Creating My Brand: EverythingMee

  • I have spent the last year and a half as a first time mother. During this time I created my brand Everything Mee. It started with me making my child everything she needed; bibs, blankets, clothes etc. I started getting asked for custom orders from people who admired what I made. This grew into a jewelry line, home decor, a baby line, paintings and print orders sold to companies to market my brand at multiple levels. I started selling online and talking to multiple stores that now carry my products.

Accomplishments

  • I have always had higher expectations then expected of me which has helped me grow into higher leading rolls.
  • At OSL I have won multiple awards for sales and customer satisfaction. I was always communicating and helping others grow in skill set. I can take direction and have great peoples skills to help others learn their best way to improve. I wouldn't be happy unless I was above a target goal not just meeting it. Which helped out my manager when other stores were not at goal I had the time to visit them and get the numbers to where they needed to be. Teamwork is important and I care about not just meeting my own personal goals but as a whole all winning. Towards the end of my time at OSL I was training for District management roll which I was offered right before leaving on maternity leave.

Certification
