As a Supplier Quality Technical Coordinator, I ensure that suppliers comply with PSI Supplier Quality Policy and requirements. This role involves investigating and containing supplier quality issues affecting PSI production lines, maintaining data, issuing quality alerts for purchased components, and coordinating the inspection and testing of component PPAP samples.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish Quality Alert Reports when component defects are identified on the production line.
• Conduct preliminary investigations of failure modes.
• Verify and document defect details, including supplier name, affected part numbers, batch numbers, and serial numbers.
• Distribute Quality Alerts to designated Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team members.
• Support and manage containment activities at PSI plants.
• Coordinate testing of component samples on the production line as needed.
• Maintain a data log of parts returned to suppliers for quality analysis.
• Organize and oversee the shipment of defective samples to suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with PSI SQE team members to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and maintaining awareness within the plant environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
