I am currently a Manager at the Solana Beach EWC location, previously was a GSA. I love working directly with guests and ensure that they have an amazing experience at EWC. I am very strong when it comes to communication and sales, I have a 62% pkg conversion percentage ( average is 15% ) and 44% in prebooking ( average is 20%). I believe in being very natural and highlighting the benefits of wax passes instead of being pushy/aggressive when it comes to selling packages, I am always hitting the 70-100 credit range every pay period which is around 35 packages in total. I am outgoing and friendly, and since I am the first face the guests see, I make sure each and every guest is welcomed and feels comfortable. I go out of my way to make sure EWC is clean and looks the best it can be, I am constantly cleaning if and when there is a gap in between services. I close for EWC, so making sure it looks presentable, organized and sparkling clean is something I strive for after every shift I work. I am a great multi-tasker, there is always a lot going on at once, checking guests in and out, greeting customers and answering the phone are only some of the tasks that are happening at the same time. I find the perfect balance to make sure I greet and welcome every guest that walks in the door without missing a phone call or making a guest wait to check out.
I am also a very helpful and supportive of the waxers as their days are packed with appointments and I do whatever I can to make sure they feel ready to go and prepared for their busy day. I am a huge helping hand and will take out the trash for waxers who are busy, turn on their wax pots incase they are running late, and overall give guests an unforgettable front desk experience so that all guests look forward to their next visit. Im a strong believer in connecting with guests on a personal level so they feel like they are more than just someone coming to get a service done. I was also individually recognized and received a Certificate of Appreciation for Relentless Customer Care on May 13th.
Working in high-end and trendy store environments, I remained up-to-date on popular fashions and how to make the best wardrobe decisions. Using my expertise and sense of style to provide excellent customer service skills to hundreds of shoppers every day. Keeping the sales floor neat and orderly, I often rearrange and organized shelves and racks, lay out new products, and build merchandise displays. As a Nordstrom sales associate, I was responsible for ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience while visiting. From greeting them as they arrive to assisting them with locating merchandise, I used a hands-on approach to keeping them satisfied. In addition, I was also be expected to help with other tasks like restocking and creating digital mood boards to send to customers virtually who were busy at work or on vacation.
I was a Manager at the luxury candy boutique, Sugarfina at the La Jolla location. I was responsible for opening the and closing the store as well as opening and closing the registers. I also created holiday/break schedules for employees, went to the bank to deposit checks, decorated all window displays and ensured that our location would reach our goal of the day.
I was responsible for organizing files, sending out research reports and setting up client meetings. I also collaborated with other administrative team members to plan special projects and events. Making PowerPoint presentations for monthly divisional meetings was also a part of my job.
As a camp counselor for the SRSRC, your main goal is to make sure that the campers are having a fun day!
Some of my responsibilities included planning art projects and games and teaching kids safe behavior such as seeking adult assistance when crossing the street and avoiding unsafe objects. Every week of camp was a different theme so we visited a lot of amusement parks such as Disneyland and SeaWorld. All camp activities
sparked creativity and imagination, helping the campers discover new things each day of camp. This job helped
me become really good at managing a lot of tasks at once. When it was pool time I helped kids get changed into their swimsuits, organize and keep tracks of their backpacks, put on sunscreen, find goggles and pool toys and much more! This job also helped me with my communication skills because I had to contact parents when a child got hurt or was misbehaving.
