• This is where I started taking Boeing Classes to become a CNC Operator and have worked on 767 Spars...737 Wing Panels...777 Spars.
• But did not program...I was required to down load the right program for the each job required.

• This was a warehouse employment...each box has a pick list.
• Responsible for picking in one aisle, 5 to 7 bays with each bay 5 to 7 shelves depending the size of the product.

• Provided training to new team members on proper sealant application methods, contributing to their rapid integration into the workforce.
• Achieved consistent sealing quality by following standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Reduced waste by reusing or recycling materials whenever possible during the sealing process.
• Maintained accurate documentation of seal-related data, ensuring seamless communication between departments for effective coordination.
• Evaluated and measured completed materials and products to verify conformance to specifications.

During this time period I knew I was expected to be Laid Off by Decembe...but 9/11 occurred and was let go in 4/2001

During this time I was working 30 hours a Week at Safeway plus 40 hours a week taking classes to qualify to be hired by Boeing.
