During my 9 years of House Cleaning, I have been a big part of helping out when in need. When short handed, I alongside the Maintenance, have assisted with indoor and outdoor air conditioning repairs, helped hang ceiling fans, some painting, I have helped with fixing or replacing anything needed in a unit and helped with resident work orders for repairs or replacement of items. I have helped with Quarterly Inspections of the 288 unit property to establish if unit was in good condition or not. I have also helped at the front office by answering the phone and closing out daily residential work orders. I have assisted with residential parties during the holidays.

My quality and standards for work in this department is as strong as it was the first day I started. Being a Team Player in this line of work goes a long way and makes everything easier.
