I create safe, inclusive spaces where every girl feels respected and encouraged to grow. I understand the importance of structure, clear expectations, and professional boundaries, especially in a juvenile detention setting, and approach my work with patience, consistency, and empathy. With a background in Liberal Studies and an interest in community health and education, I am passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.
