Working at Willow Bend Title, I have excelled in a time and contract sensitive environment. In the services provided included having to interact with multiple people in the real estate transaction. This is working and coordinating multiple events between the agents buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys. As part of the job growth, you are adaptable and sensitive to everyone's needs. It is crucial to always be organized and communicate with everyone to meet the contract and timelines. Also was responsible for the accounting, collecting and disbursement of funds for multiple files a week. Working in the College's Financial Aid Office helped me develop proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel, where I updated spreadsheets, compiled reports, and wrote documents. I am adaptable and capable of learning and working with any specialized programs the company or office uses. In this role, I also became adept at preparing and maintaining files, greeting visitors, and restocking supplies. My ability to communicate effectively and plan ahead was crucial, especially when working with frustrated students regarding their financial situations, as it required strong judgment and critical thinking. As a receptionist and hostess, I gained extensive experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and public interaction. Both roles required me to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle data entry, all while ensuring smooth operations through reservation management and meeting coordination. In my role as a Back of House worker at Chick-fil-A, I thrived in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. I was responsible for opening the store, preparing the workspace, and ensuring it was ready for incoming team members. Due to frequent staffing shortages, I often worked alone, which required me to be self-motivated, organized, and quick on my feet. As a bilingual team member with experience working in both a historic restaurant and office settings, I have developed strong multitasking and organizational skills. I am focused, efficient, and knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation practices.
