Book Keeper
As the BookKeeper, I was responsible for completing the BookKeeping duties, such as, printing reports regarding Bank Deposits, Withdrawals, Expenditures, and Monthly Bank Balances, Monthly arrangements, Employee Records, Print Checks to be signed. Report all information to the Vestry for review.
At this restaurant, my husband and I owned and ran the restaurant. These tasks included everything in a restaurant situation. We cooked, cleaned, created menus, and prepared all menu items. We also paid for all services, food, and memberships to required businesses.
