  • A client was having multiple users locked out repeatedly, I investigated the event logs and discovered brute force attack coming in through the firewall trying to sign through the VPN from other countries other than the US, I implemented Geo blocking on their firewall
  • A client was compromised and we were given 24 hours rebuild their entire network in Azure, they went from Hybrid to 100% cloud
  • The team and I were responsible for creating over 1,000 users and migrate users mailbox, SharePoint and O365 groups. At the same time we also had to have auto pilot setup deploying all of the basic software. Come Monday morning users came in and swapped their devices and were able to pick up where they left off, with limited end-user impact.
