In partnership with the care team, proactively identifies and resolves delays and barriers to discharge. Addresses and resolves items impeding diagnostic or treatment progress .

Med/surg RN at Fairview Hospital. Performed general nursing responsibilities including admission assessments, plan of care development, patient/family education, medication administration including TPN and blood products, changing of wound vacs and ostomy devices. Served as a nurse preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff and students.
