With over nine years of experience assisting customers with auto claims via telephone, I successfully led the GEICO's Live Chat claim team since its inception in Florida. I continue to deliver the same high-quality claim services to our customers across multiple channels, including live chat, text messaging, phone, and email, managing assistance for up to 2 customers simultaneously.
It is my duty to investigate and process personal auto insurance claims. I take initial loss reports, obtain necessary statements, and advise interested parties of final liability conclusions and applicable coverage. I handle follow up calls to insure the claim is being correctly handled and arrange for vehicle inspections. It is my job to help indemnify our customers and make them more at ease throughout the claims process.
During my years in hospitality I had many responsibilities to perform. Some of these included guest services, taking phone calls, reservations, and payment processing.
