I have been employed at Belleville Family Medical Associates for
43 years. I started as a receptionist and over the years I have many different duties. The duties were to come in open the office and get things ready for the day, make sure that all the charts were ready for the appointments each day., Additional duties were to answer the phones and scheduled appointments,
handling the release of medical records to other healthcare facilities and insurance companies. I have completed FMLA paperwork and disability paperwork. I would print the necessary paperwork and insurance information to forward to another facility in order for them to call the patient to schedule colonoscopies and endoscopies.

SENT PAPERWORK TO OTHER FACILITES SO PATIENTS COULD BE SCHEDULED FOR COLONOSCOPIES/EGD
