Accomplishments

When taking over the 57 location in 2016 effectively took delinquency from 45% down to below 12% within 6 months, and maintained 12% or less for a year. Then achieved a delinquency rate of 5-7% and have maintained that percentage over the course of my remaining time as manager of the 57th location.


Assisted in changing the company's auctions from being held in person, to running them effectively online after a brief stop in auctions due to the pandemic. This resulted in the company spending less on auctioneer costs, and thus resulted in higher rates of revenue return.


Successfully tested, integrated, and trained staff on new call/lead tracking software to streamline how the company handled all ingoing and outgoing calls which further increased customer and employee satisfaction.
