I first started my ADP journey in 2015 as an Human Capital Management Consultant ramped up to assist with the first year of ACA processing. Following after, I started working with a project team that implemented new bigger clients. Because of my ability to adapt and change, I was recruited into a new initiative. As the groundbreaking team in Augusta, we were encouraged to bring our ideas and collaborate with International colleagues to create a new process that embodies all cultures involved. This experience by far has been life changing. I have met the best people, solved difficult problems, and most importantly, brought weight to the #OneADP culture.
