I worked on several campaigns within ROI Solutions, a few of them being regalia customer support, a claims administrator, as well as a supervisor over our claims administrator campaign, hearing aid customer support for Hear X, and a mental health hotline, and many more.

Working within these campaigns, and with this company have taught me many skill, some of them being:

  • I am able to transition to different projects, and and quickly learn how they operate.
  • Working as a supervisor taught me how to manage the work place, provided coaching and mentoring to new hires, contributing to their successful integration into the team.
