Directing the constituent relationships team for USA Triathlon, I manage a team that is on the forefront of constituent engagement and service. USA Triathlon is the National Governing Body for the sport of triathlon and a member of the Olympic and Paralympic movement. In my capacity as Director, I oversee all aspects of constituent service, including event sanctioning, coaching and club certification, and membership services. I develop and manage the department budget, and supervise a team of eight. In this role, I am responsible for building consensus across all constituent groups, forming connections and relationships that promote and amplify the sport.

Director Youth and Collegiate Development

Spearheaded a new department focused on creating programs to support a riding and racing pathway for young riders. Secured a $15,000 grant from the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee to fund the development of the American Development Model (ADM) for cycling.
