As an office helper for Affordable Septic Service, my tasks consist of:

• Networking with customers and ensuring their experience with the company goes smoothly.
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and writing invoices.
• Entering invoices and other important documents into the computer (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Scheduling appointments in an organized manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the office by vacuuming, dusting, and organizing files.

During my time as a Counselor in Training for the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia, I have done the following:

• Managed conflict resolution among campers, ensuring a healthy camp experience.
• Organized nightly campfires and storytelling sessions, building a sense of community and tradition.
• Communicated with other counselors to coordinate group activities.
• Enforced policies and procedures of the camp, in order to create a safe environment.
• Identified safety concerns and acted quickly to resolve issues, and keep campers safe.
