- Worked in a team to identify, evaluate, and validate unmet needs identified by the customer
- Participated in design brainstorm sessions with the team
- Met with experts in the field to observe their workflow, and to discover unmet needs in the lab
- Held monthly meetings with the customer to discuss unmet needs and current progress
- Held weekly design review meetings with Director of Touchdown Medical Technologies
- Conducted research into the disease state fundamentals, the existing solutions, market analysis and stakeholder analysis
- Attended training and workshops, to advance my knowledge of the topic
- Created design drawings of the system, and components of the medial technology.
