  • I transitioned into the Business Requirements Manager role in March of 2021. I am now responsible for obtaining funding for multiple data towers as well as mentoring resources that are new to the BRM role.
  • Tasked by Executive Leadership with the following reports/audits in addition to my daily responsibilities:

o Validating and generating monthly reports and slide decks for Cisco engineering led change events. This report is presented to Bank of America leadership

o Monitor and report on Bank email/internet violations

o Deep dive into projects that are over burned on funding Improved process efficiencies that led to a recovery of > $25,000,000 in 2020 and 2021

  • Consulted for enhancements to process/automation to avoid project over burn
