Summary

Excelling at most anything I put my hand to, because failure is not an option. Strong work ethic is something my family instilled in me at a young age. I was raised by entrepreneurs, people that were born with nothing and worked strenuously to try and provide for their family and others. An entrepreneurial spirit is something that has burned in me since I was a child; you could find me selling lemonade, washing cars and boats, anything to make extra money. This spirit has transcended into my adult life in the form of being a workaholic. Communicating and relating to other people is a strong point of mine. This strength is a huge plus in the world of selling and sales. When people feel they can trust you, when they feel your best interest is for them and not yourself, they are more willing to buy whatever it is you are selling.

I enjoy learning in any capacity. I am beyond excited to learn the ins and outs of the world of real estate. Real estate has been a field of interest of mine for years. I've bought and sold homes for investment purposes but have never gotten my brokers or real estate license because I was busy doing other things. I am relatively familiar with the market trends in real estate because I am always actively searching for investment properties, even in other countries. My father builds homes for a living, so I have extensive knowledge on how to build homes from working with him throughout the years. I have built homes from the ground up, and have literally sold houses on job sites while I was laying tile or flooring, unfortunately I made no commission because I was not a licensed realtor. I have already begun taking classes for my license exam and am scheduled to finish in the next two weeks. I am excited for my move to New York, and I hope your company considers me for the position.
