- Currently I am teaching 3rd Grade Math & Science.
- I am working with students to teach them their multiplication facts and how to apply this knowledge to other skills in Math such as number lines, data tables, telling time, etc. I am following the Eureka Math2 curriculum along with the district pacing calendar.
- I am also teaching students about understanding the weather, fossils and organisms, and forces on Earth & in space. Throughout the Science curriculum of PhD Science, we are teaching the students how to apply the knowledge to everyday things.
- I am also teaching students skills and strategies to help them perform well on their LEAP test at the end of the school year.
- I love helping my students learn to be kind to one another. In third grade we focused our year around controlling emotions, and teaching our students different strategies with coping with the emotions they are faced with.
