  • Implemented a Holiday Track Program that enabled Nursing to ensure all staff were given time off during holidays in a fair manner
  • For 5 years maintained the Nursing Department Position Control Report and prepared Personnel Action Forms for all staff resignations, transfers, etc
  • Additional administrative duties as required by the Chief Nursing Officer and ADONs.
