• Created comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), enabling accurate project implementation and reducing scope creep.
• Recognized in 2022 for conducting thorough end-user training (322 employees) to support the deployment of an upgraded full end-to-end solution to service an entire state's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

• Served as the conduit between the business and technical team for product development utilizing Agile methodologies.
