Co-President of Oswego Education Association

The Co-Presidents of the Oswego Education Association, teach half the day and serve in the role of Co-President the other half of the day. By staying in the classroom, this helps us understand what Teachers challenges are and the issues that teachers face in the classroom today. In this position, we take a very active role working with the District to advocate in the best interest of teachers and students and help members problem solve any issues or concerns by mentoring them and speaking on their behalf. District committees and Bargaining is also a large part of this role..
