• Led strategic initiatives to enhance public health programs across multiple counties.

• Supervised over 32 staff including all Clinical operations and including responsibility for operations of the Special Needs Shelter
• Trained and guided team members to maintain high productivity and performance metrics as well as ongoing pertinent staff training. Some of the training areas were, Clinical skills, case management and referrals, OSHA and BBP, HIPPA, Chart reviews and follow up and customer service skills.
• Clinical skills included All types of oxygen delivery systems, Nebulizer, Diabetes Education and monitoring, Safety such as OSHA, BBP and Biomedical waste along with personal safety lifting and transferring patients. Medication reconciliation and patient education. Medical history and triage with ability to prioritize needs or actions necessary based on results.
• Managed budget and inventory for these multiple programs.
• Champion for going paperless in 2013 and initiating use of the Electronic Health Record. Developed and improved staff documentation and adherence to patient centered and quality care through Chart Reviews, Discussions, Work groups and direct observations.

• Administered medications and treatments according to pediatric care standards.
• Collaborated with healthcare team to develop patient-centered care plans.
• Monitored vital signs, documenting changes in patient condition for timely interventions.
• Educated patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
