CNAs are state certified caregivers who can provide extensive assistance to clients who need help with their Activities of Daily Living. CNAs are responsible for providing quality home care services and work underthe direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Color check every 15 mins and moisture, go visually check how your peanuts falling and moisture checks. Checking products for quality and taking samples for lab analysis. Assembly of industrial precision dispensing equipment utilizing standard work, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams. Operation of in line test equipment to conduct quality checks and troubleshoot/report issues. Cross trained to perform in various production areas. Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures, conformance to production and administrative procedures, enhancement of existing processes in a lean environment. Daily production communication with Value Stream Lead in a team environment.

Operate a semi-automatic assembly machine which produces commercial and residential air filters. Setup machine for correct filter size per build of materials and hand assemble components to create a quality finished product. Use of hand tools, including her wrenches, rulers and tape measures. Direct contact with paper board, hot and cold glue extrusion and fiberglass filter media. Performed manual construction of commercial air filters using manual and semi-automatic cutting tools, following build of materials. Performed assembly of filters using tape measures and ultrasonic welding equipment. Cross training with other departments and willingness to learn processes.

Operate automated press, manufacturing car parts. Read and interpret Blueprints. Polish, deburr and degrease parts. Attention to detail and quality using first piece inspection and continuous inspection process. Performed duties in a 5S environment.

Assembly of barcode scanning. Point of Sales equipment. Adding components are required for correct configuration. This may include memory cards, hard drives, DVD drives or biometrics. Test of unit and components, along with ensuring all identification numbers and labeling are correct. Signature applied to QC sticker to reflect conformance and pride of workmanship.

Operation of a toner press machine, using a two-person team. Detailed documentation kept throughout the shift. Continuous quality checks, amd rework of rejected products. Quality taken very seriously as one of the top priorities. Performed duties on a strict 5S environment.
