I believe I would be a great fit for Tilly's due to my work experience, strong work ethic, and customer service skills. My background as a lifeguard for three years has allowed me to gain skills that would thrive in a retail environment like Tilly's. I have good customer service and have been in a lot of different situations with helping and communicating with customers. This is a good skill to have in a retail environment, due to the fact that I will be working with a lot of different people. Over my three years as a lifeguard, I consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic. I understand the importance of showing up on time, being reliable, and giving my best effort believe these attributes make me a strong candidate for a position at Tilly's.
