Having the opportunity to learn and work most areas on the line with having knowledge of how it runs with checking the trays and to make sure that everything is going in a good way to send, making sure to take temperatures and serving the right amount portion of food, checking what are we serving and make sure to have everything organize the way I like to make it easier and nicer.
It is really important to considerer I use certain tools to measure for menus that have restrictions for modified diets for specifications recipes try to make sure in occasions in the production area with the cooks and I like to ask if they need help with anything.

I had the opportunity to set up and prepare cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize production, and I sanitized cutting boards, benches, and surfaces between tasks to avoid cross-contamination. I communicated closely with servers to fully understand special orders for customers. Washed, peeled, and cut fruits and vegetables in advance to save time on food preparation. Preserved the freshness of food by storing it in designated containers and storage areas within the freezer or refrigerator. Operated the dishwasher and manually washed dishes to clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils. Followed the restaurant's stock management schedule to monitor product freshness and rotate out old products.
